What is Laya Yoga?
What is Laya Yoga?
Laya Yoga is not about adding more to the mind. It is about discovering what remains when you start exploring inner sounds. Traditional texts place Nadanusandhana, the inward investigation of Nada, at the heart of this process.
The word Laya means dissolution, the gradual absorption of the fluctuations of the mind.
Ideally suited to the modern mind, for those working in demanding corporate environments, students navigating the pressures of college, yoga teachers wishing to deepen their sadhana, or anyone seeking a pause from the constant noise of everyday life, this is an opportunity to step away from the outer world and turn inward.
